A New Attempt to Push Forward Industrialization of Concrete Girders Cast in Situ by Movable Shuttering Form

With reference to the typical construction of the simply-supported concrete box girders cast in situ by moveable shuttering form for passenger dedicated railway, this paper describes a new attempt to integrally lift and install the reinforcement skeletons for the concrete box girders by simple gantry crane and also introduces the basic structure, principal functions and technical parameters of the gantry crane and spreading beams, the construction process flow, workmanship, technical measures and relevant improvement and perfection of the integral lifting and installation by the crane and beams.
