独塔无背索斜拉桥主塔施工控制仿真分析

摘    要:长春市轻轨独塔无背索斜拉桥采用支架支撑主塔浇筑混凝土,由于对主塔塔臂段的沉降值要求不能超过2 cm,所以在施工中采用了对主塔塔臂预加向上顶力的施工技术。对主塔各施工阶段进行仿真分析,预加向上顶力的施工技术能满足主塔在施工阶段对应力和变形的要求,工艺操作简单,可靠性较强,并能够保证工期的需要。

Abstract:The concrete for pylon of the single pylon cablestayed bridge without backstays on the Light Rail Transit in Changchun City was cast in situ on scaffolding.Since it was required that the settlement value of the arm section of the pylon should not be greater than 2 cm,the construction technique of pre-applying the jack-up force to the arm section of the pylon was applied in construction.In this paper,the simulation analysis of various construction stages of the pylon is made.The analysis shows that the construction technique of applying the jack-up force can meet the requirements for stress and deformation in the construction of the pylon.The operation with the construction technique is simple,reliable and can also ensure the construction time schedule.
