基于DELMIA的船厂生产过程仿真

摘    要:基于数字化制造技术在汽车、飞机制造业的广泛应用,证明这项技术对实施精益生产具有极大的促进作用。尝试将船厂生产和制造仿真技术进行结合,探讨船厂生产仿真应用可以取得的成效。作者借助DELMIA软件构造了某船舶生产基地的材料码头到部件车间之间的场地、设备和生产对象的仿真模型,并利用软件设定和驱动仿真模型动作,对这一区域的生产过程进行了模拟仿真。

Abstract:The wide application of digital manufacture technology in cars and aircraft industry proves that the technology is of great pushing effect on implementing the lean production.The paper tries to combine the manufacturing simulation technology to shipyard production,in order to probe into the achievement that the shipyard production simulation can make.Utilizing the DELMIA software,it models the workshops,equipments and products of a certain shipyard from the material dock to the parts workshop,and sets the action of the models to drive the simulation.Finally it makes the simulation of the production process of these areas.
