| Abstract: | The treatment method of average constant false alarm of neighbouring units is discussed in the paper and the defects of existing self-inhibition is pointed out. The modified method is given and it can eliminate the self-inhibition phenomenon. The adoption of GAL and large scale memory make circuits simple and practical. |
