| 摘 要： | 传媒政治指传媒与政治的关系及其规律，是政治的一种手段和形式，是关于传媒的权力构成和权利分配。从传播媒介和传播技术的产生到传媒走上自己的巅峰，传媒对政治文明有正面和负面作用，总的趋势有利于政治文明的发展。近现代政治文明的基本特征是，民主政治与其派生物法治政治、政党政治、传媒政治四者的统一。现代政党、政党政治的“衰败”，使传媒的政治功能和作用突出。传媒政治形式的发展有着全球背景、技术发展和社会基础。传媒政治是政治文明发展的必然产物，又是推动政治文明发展的基本政治形式之一。

| Abstract: | The development of the media and communication technology has both positive and negative effects on political civilization,but in general,it facilitates political civilization.Media politics refers to the relation between media and politics and its regular pattern,it is one form of politics,and it concerns the power construction and interest distribution of the media.The basic characteristic of modern and contemporary politics is that democratic politics is united with its derivatives like law politics,party politics and media politics.The decline of contemporary party and party politics made media's political functions and effects more brilliant.Media politics has its global,technological and social basis.It is the outcome of the development of political civilization and it is also one of basic political forms that enhances the development of political civilization. |
