| Abstract: | Combined the development status of Chinese roads, the article proposes an overall merit system. This evaluating system is based on pavement damage condition, pavement permeability, rutting depth index and pavement flatness.Also, the definite method for asphalt pavement performance-based timing selection is provided in the article. |
