摘 要: | 依托龙泉市某桩基工程,通过现场检测,分析含砂地层大直径旋挖钻孔灌注桩孔底沉渣的来源、沉渣淤积以及清除的规律.结果 表明:沉渣在2小时以内完成主要淤积,大多数桩的沉渣厚度在90~135 cm之间,最厚达160 cm;对于大直径桩孔底沉渣清理,现场采用气举反循环协同除砂机共同清孔,可有效清除孔底沉渣,清孔时间一般在2小时以...

Analysis of Sediment at the Hole Bottom of Large Diameter Rotary Drilling Cast-in-place Bored Pile in Sand Stratum |

Abstract: | Based on a pile foundation project in Longquan City, this paper analyzed the source of sediment, sediment deposition and the law of removal of sediment at the hole bottom of large diameter rotary drilling cast-in-place bored pile in sand stratum through field testing. The results showed that the major deposition of sediment was completed within 2 hours, and the thickness of most pile sediments was between 90 and 135 cm, with the thickest up to 160 cm. For the sediment cleaning at the hole bottom of large diameter pile, the gas lift reverse circulation together with the sand removing machine was adopted on site to clear the hole, which can effectively clear the sediment at the hole bottom with the cleaning time generally more than 2 hours. |
