橡胶沥青增强排水沥青路面性能研究

摘    要:选用不同掺量的橡胶粉分别制备橡胶沥青及其混合料,对改性沥青的主要技术指标和混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及渗水系数进行测试,总结橡胶沥青对排水沥青路面路用性能的影响变化规律。研究表明:橡胶粉掺量的增加可以显著降低沥青针入度,提升软化点、黏度指标;排水沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、渗水系数随橡胶粉掺量的增加不断提升,水稳定性能呈先上升后下降的趋势;橡胶粉与沥青有效融合后,可以提升材料的黏聚性和混合料的骨架嵌挤作用;综合各相关性能的变化趋势,建议橡胶粉掺量宜为20 %~25 %。

Study on Performance of Drainage Asphalt Pavement Reinforced by Rubber Asphalt
Abstract:The rubberized asphalt and mixture are prepared by different amount of rubber powder. The main technical indexes of modified asphalt and its high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and water seepage coefficient are tested. The rule of influence change of rubberized asphalt on the pavement performance of drainage asphalt is summarized. The results show that the increase of rubber powder content can significantly reduce the asphalt penetration, softening point and viscosity index. The high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water permeability coefficient of drainage asphalt mixture increase with the increase of rubber powder content, and the water stability performance ascend in first and descend at last. The effective integration of rubber powder and asphalt can improve the cohesion of materials and the skeleton embedding of mixture. According to the change trend of the related properties, it is suggested that 20 %~25 % rubber powder should be added.
