既有铁路路堤袖阀管注浆加固治理技术研究

摘    要:以陇海铁路K1451+860~+870段路堤沉降治理为依托,通过轻型动力触探试验及加速度测试手段,对比分析了袖阀管注浆加固前、注浆10小时后、浆液凝固后路堤的地基承载力及加速度响应情况.研究结果表明:路堤下沉位置处土体相对疏松,加速度响应更小;注浆后浆液未完全凝固时,路堤的承载力有所减弱;袖阀管注浆技术在浆液凝固后可明...

Study on Reinforcement and Treatment Technology of Sleeve Valve Tube Grouting in Existing Railway Embankment
Abstract:Based on the treatment measure for the embankment settlement of K1451+860~870 section of Longhai Railway, by means of light dynamic penetration test and acceleration test, the bearing capacity and acceleration response of the embankment before grouting reinforcement, 10 hours after grouting and after grouting solidification of the sleeve valve tube are compared and analyzed. The research result shows that the soil mass at the settlement position of embankment is relatively loose and the acceleration response is smaller; the bearing capacity of embankment is weakened when the slurry is not completely solidified after grouting; the sleeve valve tube grouting technology can significantly improve the bearing capacity and rigidity of embankment after the slurry is solidified, which can be used as an effective treatment measure for the settlement disease of existing railway embankment.
