超深地下连续墙槽壁位移及泥浆配制技术研究

摘    要:依托昆明地铁#4线火车北站基坑工程,对超深地下连续墙成槽施工进行数值模拟,探讨了不同成槽顺序与泥浆重度下槽壁位移与地表沉降变化规律。研究结果表明:泥浆重度是成槽稳定的关键因素,而成槽顺序对周围土层位移影响较小;采用聚丙烯酸钠代替传统CMC作增黏剂配制新型环保聚合物泥浆,通过现场泥浆配置试验方法,确定了泥浆配比合理参数;通过超声波检测及后续观察,验证了泥浆重度是保证槽壁稳定性与成槽质量有效控制指标。

Study on Displacement of Trench Wall of Ultra-deep Diaphragm Wall and Slurry Configuration Technology
Abstract:Relying on the foundation pit engineering of North Railway Station of Kunming Metro Line 4, the grooving construction of ultra-deep diaphragm wall is carried out by numerical simulation, the variation law of the displacement of the trench wall and the surface settlement under different grooving sequences and slurry weights is discussed. The result of research shows that the slurry weight is the key factor for the stability of the grooving, while the grooving sequences has little influence on the displacement of the surrounding soil layer. A new type of environmental friendly polymer slurry is prepared by using sodium polyacrylate instead of traditional CMC as tackifier, the slurry ratio parameters are determined through the on-site slurry configuration test. Through ultrasonic testing and follow-up observation, it is verified that the slurry weight is an effective control index to ensure the stability of the trench wall and the quality of grooving.
