摘    要:通过正交试验法分析了水胶比、砂率、聚合物乳液掺量、硅灰掺量以及玄武岩纤维(BF)掺量5个因素对透水混凝土抗压强度、孔隙率以及透水系数的影响;利用多项式线性回归,研究了不同因素对透水混凝土物理力学性能之间的关系,并结合SEM扫描电镜,分析其微观机理.结果表明:水胶比和玄武岩纤维掺量为主要影响因素;当水胶比为0.30,砂率...

Research on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Permeable Concrete Based on Orthogonal Test Design
Abstract:The effects of water-binder ratio, sand ratio, polymer emulsion content, silica fume content and basalt fiber (BF) content on the compressive strength, porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete were analyzed by orthogonal test; Using polynomial linear regression to study the relationship between different factors on the physical and mechanical properties of permeable concrete, combined with SEM electron microscope, in-depth analysis of its microscopic mechanism. The results show that the water-binder ratio and the basalt fiber content are the main influencing factors; when the water-binder ratio is 0.30, the sand rate is 1.5 %, the polymer emulsion content is 6.0 %, the silica fume content is 10.0 %, and the basalt fiber content is 3 kg/m3, it can meet the requirements of C40; the compressive strength, porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete have a high fitting correlation; the addition of polymer emulsion can effectively improve the internal structure of permeable concrete, and the addition of fibers improves the permeability Ductility of concrete.
