| 摘 要： | 企业的核心竞争力是决定企业在市场竞争中取得成功的法宝。企业要培育和加强其核心竞争力,就必须立足于实际环境,努力实现企业内部战略性资源整合与创新,积极推进企业外部交易性战略,加快知识与技能的积累和创新。通过分析港口企业在物流供应链上的地位作用及其现状,找出其在供应链发展中的瓶颈,提出提高港口企业核心竞争力的建议。
