Abstract:Heat dissipation issues in catering kitchen of the new type dining-passenger car,according to its layout and catering kitchen equipment ventilation rate,catering kitchen temperature and ventilation rate is determined.By analyzing and comparing the existing standards and referring to the mature technology of EMU/DMU catering kitchen,the design thermal parameters of the dining-passenger car and the catering kitchen are determined,and the cold and hot loads of the catering car and the catering kitchen are calculated.The refrigeration,ventilation and heating system of catering kitchen is designed according to the calculation results and vehicle operating conditions.Under the condi?tion of satisfying the theoretical ventilation rate of the catering kitchen,the design scheme solves the problem of large temperature difference in the kitchen by adjusting the location and quantity of the air supply and exhaust outlet in the catering kitchen.Due to differences from existing passenger trains and EMU/DMU trains,the existing standards can?not fully meet the demand,it is suggested to develop the thermal design standards suitable for the catering kitchen of type 25 dining-passenger car.
