摘    要:为有效利用高速铁路车站和区段通过能力,提高铁路客、货运输能力,必须提高高速列车运行计划的质量,确保铁路运输生产稳定有序.从高速列车运行计划的评价指标分析与选择入手,运用多属性决策方法,对列车运行计划的指标值进行赋值和规范化,采用熵权法确定评价指标权重,运用理想点法求解最佳方案;通过计算实例,对该评价方法的可行性与合理性...

Abstract:In order to effectively utilize the carrying capacity of railway stations and sections and to raise the capacity of passenger and freight transportation of the railway,it is indispensible to improve the quality of the train operation plan to ensure smooth and steady operation of railway transportation.Starting from the analysis and selection of evaluation indexes for high-speed train operation plan,the multiple attribute decision making method is adopted for evaluating high-speed train operation plans,in which the values of the indexes of a high-speed train operation plan are assigned and normalized,the entropy weight method is then used to determine the weight of each index,and finaly the ideal point method is employed to figure out the best solution.Furthermore,the feasibility and rationality of this method has been verified by case calculation and this method provides an new approach for evaluating high-speed train operation plan.
