| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚酯纤维改善沥青混合料性能的机理及作用,结合聚酯纤维在内蒙古自治区老爷庙-集宁高速公路沥青混合料的应用,比较分析了添加聚酯纤维对沥青混合料高温稳定性、水稳定性结果的影响。通过室内外试验,验证了添加聚酯纤维会使最佳沥青用量增加,而体积特性基本保持不变的结论。结合工程实践,总结了聚酯纤维沥青混合料的施工工艺。

| Abstract: | The mechanism and function of polyester fiber improving the performance of asphalt mixture are described in this article.The effect of the fiber in mixture on the thermal stability of asphalt mixtures and the water stability are analyzed from the application of this fiber to asphalt mixture in Laoyemiao-Jining Expressway.The results of indoor and outdoor tests show that the polyester fiber added to the mixture result in the increase of optimum asphalt content while the features of volume keep constant.Finally,the construction technology of asphalt mixtures with polyester fiber is summarized. |
