| 摘 要： | 利用有限元分析软件SolidWorks/Cosmos对失效自卸式垃圾车车厢立柱进行了静力分析,得到了失效部位的应力云图,找到了立柱失效的原因。在此基础上对立柱的结构进行改进,并运用该软件对立柱结构进行了强度校核。结果表明,改进后的立柱结构强度能够满足使用要求。

| Abstract: | The static analysis of a failed pillar of garbage dump truck body was carried out by using finite element software SolidWorks/Cosmos.The stress distribution in the pillar was obtained and the cause of failure was found.The structure of the pillar was improved,and at the same time SolidWorks/Cosmos was used to check the strength of the improved pillar.It was showed from the result that the improved pillar has enough strength to meet the requirement. |
