航标遥测遥控系统的关键技术研究

摘    要:根据航标遥测遥控系统的组成和功能需求,对系统实现的关键技术进行分析和研究。详细介绍了基于GPS的浮标位置漂移、撞击分析方法,给出了浮标受撞击判断模型;分析了终端RTU能量浪费的主要原因和终端低功耗设计方法;探讨了中心控制系统的数据服务和决策支持的技术和方法。

Abstract:According to the composition and function requirements of remote monitoring system of navigational marks the key technique to realize the system is studied.The method of analyzing buoy position drift and bump based on GPS is introduced in detail and the model of judgement for buoy bump is given.The main reasons of the terminal RTU energy wastage are analyzed and the design method of low terminal power consumption is presented.The technology and method of data service and decision-making support in central control system are also discussed.
