| 摘 要： | 分析了近年来国际建筑市场的发展变化,阐明了这些变化对工程项目建设管理的影响,结合我国政府项目建设管理模式的发展和上海轨道交通建设管理模式的探索与实践,对我国轨道交通建设管理提出了一些方向性的建议,如加快与国际接轨,发展工程咨询业,推进轨道交通标准化建设,探索多种管理模式及开拓民间资金参与建设等.

| Abstract: | With an analysis of the development and changes of international architecture market in recent years and the influence of these changes on the management of engineering projects,this paper combines with the development of government project management mode with the practice in Shanghai mass transit construction,holds that the management of China's mass transit construction shall be orientated to the international market by developing consultative industry,pushing standardization in UMT,and exploring efficient management modes and channels of private financing. |
