| 摘 要： | 我国党政秘书出现的腐败问题,从职业道德的角度来看,折射出的是一种伦理困境。这种困境产生的原因是多方面的,通过分析其产生的主要原因,从道德品质、组织文化和伦理制度三条路径的建设来提高党政秘书的道德自律,对从根本上遏制党政秘书腐败具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | In terms of professional morality,the corruption arising from carrying out governmental functions by executive secretaries reflects the ethics predicament which is caused by diverse reasons.It could be concluded that the effectiveness of ethic self-discipline working as an executive secretary is supposed to be improved by the approaches of strengthening the moral education and advancing the propagation of organization culture and moral system,which are of great theoretical and practical significance to basically inhibit the corruption in executing the governmental functions as executive secretaries. |
