海南地区改性沥青耐热老化和抗紫外线老化性能研究

摘    要:针对海南地区强紫外线辐射的特点,采用热老化和紫外线老化方法,对成品湿法橡胶沥青、现场湿法橡胶沥青和SBS改性沥青的耐老化性能进行评估;通过室内试验模拟现场实际情况下的加速老化,研究不同老化条件下三种改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点和延度指标的老化衰减规律。结果表明:经热老化后的沥青黏度和针入度指标随老化时间呈线性衰减,而紫外线老化后的针入度和延度指标衰减呈明显的阶段性;先急剧降低,后缓慢变差;进一步表明,成品湿法橡胶沥青在耐热老化和紫外线老化方面具有优异的综合性能,能够较好地适应海南地区的强紫外线辐射和高温的条件。

Study on Heat and UV Aging Performance of Modified Asphalt in Hainan Area
Abstract:According to strong UV radiation in Hainan area, the paper applied heat aging and UV aging method to make the evaluation on the aging resistant performance of finished and on-site wet rubber asphalt, and SBS modified asphalt, respectively; and then by laboratory test simulated the accelerated aging under actual site conditions, and studied the aging degradation law of needle penetration, ductility and softening point of three kinds of modified asphalt under different aging conditions. The results show that, in case of heat aging, the asphalt’s viscosity and penetration present linear attenuation with the aging time, and in case of UV aging, the penetration and ductility decays in such significant stages as dramatic decrease first and then slow deterioration; furthermore, finished wet rubber asphalt in respect of heat and UV aging shows excellent comprehensive performance, thus may be adapted to strong UV radiation and high temperature in Hainan area.
