路基沉陷区注浆处治效果的数值模拟分析

摘    要:为了研究分析影响注浆抬升地表的因素和这些因素的作用规律,建立数值模拟模型对地表抬升位移进行研究。研究结果表明:地表抬升高度均随着注浆半径、注浆压力的增大而增大;浆泡间距1.50 m,注浆压力1.0 MPa时,注浆半径最适合值为0.05 m;浆泡间距1.50 m,注浆半径为0.05 m时,注浆压力的最适合值为1.0 MPa;对齐排列和梅花形排列时土体抬升高度没有太大区别,然而后者对土体的抬升效果更佳,在条件允许的情况下,注浆时尽量采用梅花形的浆泡布置方式。

Numerical Simulation Analysis of Grouting Treatment Effect in Subgrade Settlement Area
Abstract:In order to study factors that affect the surface of grouting and the effect of these factors, a numerical simulation model was established to study the surface uplift displacement. The research results show that the uplift will increase with the increase of the radius of grouting and the increase of grouting pressure. The most suitable grouting radius is 0.05 m when the slurry bubble distance is 1.5 m, and the grouting pressure is 1.0 MPa. The most suitable grouting pressure is 1.0 MPa when the slurry bubble distance is 1.5 m, and the grouting radius is 0.05 m.The soil uplift height of alignment and cross array arrangement is not much different, while the latter soil lifting effect is better. The slurry bubble in cross array arrangement shall be adopted if condition allowed.
