硅烷乳液浸渍对非洲天然大吸水率骨料混凝土性能的影响研究

摘    要:采用有机硅烷乳液对肯尼亚天然大吸水率骨料进行改性处理,研究其对骨料吸水性能及混凝土工作性能、力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响程度。结果表明:4%浓度的硅烷乳液浸渍处理能够有效降低肯尼亚当地天然骨料吸水率,采用12%浓度硅烷乳液浸渍处理后的骨料配制C35混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度及抗氯离子渗透性能与普通骨料配制混凝土相当。

Research on Influence of Silane Emulsion Impregnation on Properties of Concrete Made of African Natural High Water Absorption Aggregate
Abstract:The organic silane emulsion was adopted to make modified treatment on Kenya’s natural high water absorption aggregate and study the effect degree on water absorption property of aggregate, workability, mechanical property, chloride ion penetration resistance property of concrete. The results showed that 4% concentration of silane emulsion impregnation dipping treatment can effectively reduce the water absorption of Kenya local aggregate. The workability, compressive strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of C35 high performance concrete made of 12% concentration of silane emulsion impregnating aggregate are equivalent to the normal aggregate concrete.
