火山灰混凝土配合比设计及其抗渗性能试验研究

摘    要:基于黑龙江、海南岛等地区丰富的火山灰资源的现状,为充分利用地方性材料,实现火山灰的工程应用价值,通过开展火山灰混凝土材料配合比设计及其抗渗性能的试验研究,并对不同混凝土强度等级下基准混凝土、火山灰混凝土、粉煤灰混凝土掺入3%和5%硅灰的火山灰混凝土的电通量值进行了对比试验,以确定火山灰混凝土的抗渗性能。研究结果表明:掺加矿物掺合料后,混凝土的抗渗性能有明显的提高。建议采用掺加5%硅灰的火山灰混凝土代替粉煤灰混凝土,并给出了不同强度等级下的火山灰混凝土配合比设计。

Experimental Study on Mix Design and Anti-permeability of Trass Concrete
Abstract:There has rich resource of trass volcanic ash in many regions, such as Heilongjiang and Hainan Island. To make full use of this regional material and realize its application value on engineering, the paper carried out the experimental study on the mix design and anti-permeability of trass concrete, and the contrast test on the electric flux of reference concrete in different strength grades, trass concrete, fly ash concrete, and trass concrete mixed with silica fume in proportion of 3% and 5% respectively, so as to determine the anti-permeability of trass concrete. The study results show that the anti-permeability of concrete, with mineral additives, will be subject to a obvious increase; so it is advised to replace fly ash concrete with trass concrete mixed with 5% silica fume, and then the mix design of trass concrete in different strength grades are offered herein.
