摘 要: | 采用红外光谱仪,分析了不同类型改性剂、不同掺量橡胶粉对改性沥青SBS改性剂含量测试结果的影响。结果表明:不同类型的SBS改性剂含量均可采用红外光谱法进行检测,按混合型SBS拟合曲线回归得到的SBS含量更加接近实际掺量;在SBS含量一定的条件下,少量的橡胶粉掺入对SBS含量测试结果几乎无影响,但随着胶粉掺量的提高,则会使SBS改性剂含量测试结果呈增大趋势,对于此类复配改性沥青,SBS含量的测试还需要补充其他测试条件。

Analysis on Influence Factors of SBS Content in Modified Asphalt Based on Infrared Spectroscopy |

Abstract: | The infrared spectrometer was adopted to analyze influence factors of different types of modifying agent and different amount of rubber powder on the content of SBS modifier. The results showed that: different types of SBS modifier materials could be detected by infrared spectroscopy; the SBS content obtained from fitting curve regression with fixed amount of SBS is more close to actual adding amount. With fixed SBS content, a small amount of rubber powder almost had no influence on the SBS content test result; but with the increase of rubber powder content, SBS modified agent content test results showed a trend of increase. For this kind of compound modified asphalt, SBS content test also need to add other test conditions. |
