隧道衬砌振动台试验相似材料配制因素的研究

摘    要:针对新疆某输水隧道衬砌的抗震问题,在分析总结近几年岩体相似材料研究的基础上,采用水泥、石膏、重晶石粉、水4种物质对相似材料进行配比试验,得到不同配比条件下试件的密度、弹性模量和抗压强度。试验结果表明:所研究的相似材料表现出良好的相似性,能够适应对于该隧道衬砌的相似模拟;采用误差分析法对试验中的可能误差进行分析,最后得到各因素对于相似材料制成试块的弹性模量和抗压强度的影响。

Study on Factors in Preparation of Similar Material in Shaking-table Test for Tunnel Lining
Abstract:In relation to the aseismic problems in a water tunnel lining in Xinjiang, the paper on the basis of the study on the material similar to rock mass in recent years obtained the density, elastic modulus and compressive strength of the specimen in different mix proportions through the proportioning test on the similar material by use of cement, gypsum, barite powder, and water. The test result shows that the similar material studied herein presents a good similarity, thus can be adapted to similar simulation of the tunnel lining; the possible error in the test is analyzed by means of error analysis and, finally, the effect of each factor on elastic modulus and compressive strength of the test block prepared by similar material is concluded.
