成兰铁路柿子园隧道4号横洞挤压性围岩大变形施工技术

摘    要:成兰铁路柿子园隧道4号横洞穿越三叠系泥灰岩地层,区域内地应力较高,最大水平主应力方向与隧道大角度相交,隧道开挖过程中出现多处大变形情况。在分析隧道大变形发生原因的基础上,提出了采取围岩注浆加固、合理预留变形量、设计补强拱部锚杆及二次衬砌等综合施工技术,取得了较好的实施效果。

Construction Technology for Squeezed Surrounding Rock Deformation of No.4 Transverse Gallery of Shiziyuan Tunnel of Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway
Abstract:No.4 transverse gallery of Shizhiyuan Tunnel of Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway passes through Triassic marlite strata and the stress in the region is high, the maximum level main stress direction is intersected with the wide angle of tunnel, and there are several large deformation conditions in the tunnel excavation processes. On the basis of analyzing reason of large deformation of tunnel, adopt surrounding rock grouting reinforcement, reasonably reserve deformation, design reinforcement arch anchoring bolt and make secondary lining and other comprehensive construction technologies so as to achieve good implementation effect.
