货车钩尾框检修线工序配合的影响因素

摘    要:货车钩尾框检修线是一种针对货车钩尾框检修设计的流水线,该检修线是由多种不同的检修工序构成,各工序是否能有效配合决定了流水线运转性能.运用数理统计方法分析了主要影响货车钩尾框检修线配合的理论因素,并着重探讨了有效提高工序配合能力和检修线工作效率的方法,包括改进大离差工序的处理工艺或设备,多工位焊修工装等.针对关键环节给出了具体的符合要求的新设计,通过车辆段实际安装调试结果表明:改进设计能够达到了每工作日处理60个钩尾框的能力.
