龙门吊电气保护系统清零的探讨

摘    要:为了保证龙门吊达到准确的起升高度,有必要对系统的起升作清零赋值计算。以富士龙门吊为例,介绍了保护系统的工作原理,从红外线感应器检测开关量的判断、凸轮限位和PLC逻辑计算三方面对系统作了分析,介绍了清零的做法。该做法提高了龙门吊的安全保障。

Abstract:In order to ensure the gantry crane reaching correct lift height, it is necessary to make a calculation of reset value. Taking FUJI gantry crane as an example, this paper introduces the working principle of the protection system. It analyzes the system from three aspects, such as judgement on infrared senser switch quantity, position limit by cam and logic calculation by PLC. Also it introduces the reset method. This method enhances the safety guarantee of the gantry.
