大数据下的动力电池全生命周期设计与应用

摘    要:发展新能源汽车是我国迈向汽车强国的重要发展战略,动力电池作为新能源汽车的重要储能系统,其生产、制造、管理、应用等全生命周期设计与管控难。 随着动力电池全生命周期数据库的构建与先进大数据算法的应用拓展,大数据技术在动力电池全产业链下获得了更多应用。 系统地总结了数据驱动算法与技术在动力电池全产业链下应用情况,分析在电池材料设计优化、生产及出厂后选型配组、装机后应用管理、梯次利用等场景下大数据算法应用效果及落地可能性,为大数据分析技术在新能源汽车领域深入推广提供参考。

Design and Application of Power Battery Life Cycle Under Big Data

Abstract:The development of new energy vehicles is an important development strategy for my country to become a powerful automobile nation. As an important energy storage system for new energy vehicles, power batteries are difficult to design and control throughout the life cycle of production, manufacturing, management, and application. With the construction of the full life cycle database of power batteries and the application and expansion of advanced big data algorithms, big data technology has gained more applications in the entire power battery industry chain. This article systematically summarizes the application of data-driven algorithms and technologies in the entire power battery industry chain, and analyzes the application of big data algorithms in scenarios such as battery material design optimization, production and post-factory selection and grouping, postinstallation application management, and echelon utilization. The effect and the possibility of landing provide a reference for the in-depth promotion of big data analysis technology in the field of new energy vehicles.
