摘    要:研究目的:随着我国铁路运输事业的发展,大断面的长大隧道工程经常涌现。因此新奥法施工的应用亦更加广泛。作为新奥法支柱之一的喷锚支护施工工艺日趋成熟。应从干喷、潮喷和湿喷混凝土的优缺点出发,施工机具的应用以及施工工艺、质量控制等方面加以总结。研究结果:总结出了大断面砂质黄土隧道喷射混凝土施工工艺的选择、机具配套、混凝土配合比的设计以及喷射混凝土质量监控和如何减少回弹量等措施,对类似工程有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Research purposes:With the development of railway transportation in China,sometimes it is needed to construct the long tunnel with large section,so New Austria Tunnelling Method is more widely applied in construction of tunnel.As the important part of the method,the bolt-shotcrete supporting technique is becoming more mature.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of dry shot,moist shot and wet shot concrete,the summaries are made from the areas of application of construction machines and tools, construction techniques and construction quality control. Research results:The summaries are made from the areas of selection of the construction techniques of shot concrete for large sectional loess tunnel,allocation of machines and tools,design of matching ratio of concrete,quality control of shot concrete and how to reduce re-elastic volume for the purpose of providing reference to the similar construction.
