大跨度帽梁边墩预加力顶推施工技术

摘    要:结合金鼎站站台特大桥20号~23号帽梁边墩顶推施工实例,介绍了帽梁施工之前给帽梁边墩预先施加预应力,待帽梁混凝土养护至少7 d且强度大于85%以后,张拉预应力钢束之前卸载此推力,达到抵消帽梁的负弯矩、减少墩柱的次应力并使混凝土的抗剪性能大大增强的功效,对同类施工有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper, based on the practical example of King' s Bridge station platform hat beam side piers No 20 - 23, points out that, before the construction of hat beams, side piers should be prestressed. After the concrete of hat beams has been maintained for at least 7 days and its intensity is over 85% , unload the prestress before stretching prestressed steel strands so that the negative being moment of the hat beam can be discharged, the secondary stress of the side pier can be reduced and the anti-shear of the concrete can be greatly enhanced. It can be used as reference for other similar projects.
