热力膨胀阀调节制冷剂流量的稳定性分析

摘    要:分析热力膨胀阀和蒸发器调节系统的稳定性,它直接影响着制冷效率和运行安全。论述热力膨胀阀特性和蒸发器特性与系统稳定性的关系,提出在运用中应注意选择感温系统温压系数(ΔP/ΔT)大的热力膨胀阀,必须使其与蒸发器容量匹配并随机调整热力膨胀阀静过热度才能促使制冷系统运行稳定。

Abstract:This paper describes the stability of control loop consisting of refrigeration evaporator and thermostatic expansion valve. It may directly influence refrigerating efficiency and operation safety. The relationship between the stability of the control loop and the characteristics of the thermostatic expansion valve and evaporator is analysed in the paper. In order to have stable operation, it is indicated that the thermostatic expansion valve with a larger factor of sensor system () should be selected and martched with the capacity of evaporator,and its static superheat has to be adjusted for refrigerating device.
