| Abstract: | This paper has analysed some circumstance factors which affect the navigation in fog in chinese coastal waters.It presents some fundamental Countermeasure which could improve the sailing circumstance in these waters and a few cautions which should be taken when Sailing in fog in these waters.The paper is of great interest both in ensuring navigation safety in fog and preventing accidents. |
