加快上海枢纽港建设,促进城市经济的发展

本文从枢纽港、航运中心和城市经济金融贸易中心之间的相互关系，说明上海经济金融贸易中心的建立，必须以发达的航运业为基础，而枢纽港建设是航运发展、航运中心建立的关键。上海枢纽港的建设，有利于增强与亚太地区其它中心港、枢纽港的竞争能力，从而更好地参与世界集装箱运输大循环，有利于加快上海经济金融贸易中心的建立，促进上海经济的快速发展。同时文章从上海及周边腹地经济的发展状况等方面阐述了上海建设国际枢纽港的可能性，最后指出了拓宽融资渠道，加快上海枢纽港建设的途径。

Speed up the Construction of Shanghai Hub,to promote the Development of City Economy

This paper, through the multi-relationships between shipping centre and city economic financial trading centre, illustrates that the construction of Shanghai Economic Financial Trade Centre must base on the prosperous shipping industry, and the construction of Shanghai Hub is the key of both shipping development and the construction of the shipping centre. The construction of Shanghai Hub will do good to strengthen the competitive ability against the other regional centre ports in the Ocean Pacific, in order to join the world container shipping circulation more effectively. It will also benefit to speed up the construction of Shanghai Economic Financial Trading Centre, to accelerate the development of Shanghai economy. In the meantime, the paper elaborates the possibilities of the construction of the Hub in Shanghai from the economic situation of Shanghai and around regions. At last, the paper points out the ways of financing and promoting the construction of Shanghai Hub.
