轿车发动机机体的轻量化技术

摘    要:介绍了轿车发动机机体轻量化技术的最新进展。国外轿车发动机升功率急剧提高的趋势使得发动机功率密度直逼1kgk/W,气缸最大爆发压力达到20M Pa。在这样的背景下减轻发动机机体的质量,实非易事。但是,国外一些著名公司如奥迪、梅塞德斯-奔驰和戴姆勒-克莱斯勒等通过在结构和材料两方面采取的措施,甚至在柴油机机体上都已经将铝合金机体用于批量生产。

Abstract:In this paper the latest development on lightweight technology of car engine cylinder block is introduced.The rapid increasing of engine specific power results in a power-weight ratio approaching to 1 kg/kW and the peak value of the cylinder pressure reaching 20 MPa.Under such a background it is indeed not easy to reduce the engine block weight.But several famous automobile manufacturers such as Audi,Mercedes-Benz,Daimler-Chrysler,have taken measures on the structure and materials,even for diesel engines equipped with aluminium engine blocks in batch volume production.
