| 摘 要： | 以电子样机技术对某车型上操作空间紧张的长螺栓拆装过程的动画仿真分析具体的操作过程为例，详细介绍了Pro／E动画模块的应用。通过与实物试制的效果对比分析，阐述了工艺过程分析在设计前期的重要意义和应用范围。比较了电子样机技术与虚拟现实技术对于拆装工艺仿真分析工作原理及实施方式上的不同之处，指出了数字化工艺模装的现实意义和未来发展前景。
