| Abstract: | The YANDA ferry is a RO-RO and passenger ship that sails on the BOHAI sea.The characteris- tic of the sea route makes the security of this ship especially important.The FEM calculation about the transverse strength combined with the design and the primary discussion are made.The conclusion is hoped to supply some references to the ship design. |
