高质量、高效率建设上海网络型枢纽型城市轨道交通

从实施上海市的城市总体规划和轨道交通网络规划出发,结合上海举办世博会对交通提出的要求,阐述了上海城市交通发展战略以及近、远期城市轨道交通建设规划的实施要求.讨论了如何高质量、高效率完成上海市近期轨道交通建设任务所采取的措施.提出以创新应对建设速度和建设规模带来的挑战,从系统规划、人性化设计和科学管理三个层面抓建设.并对建设力量、减少交通影响的对策以及合理控制工程造价等进行了分析.

The Development of a"Network-type and Pivotal"Urban Rail Transit in Shanghai

In line with the master plan of Shanghai and the network planning of the public rail transportation,taking into consideration of the requirements imposed by the World Expo. 2010,this paper discusses the strategy for Shanghai public transportation development,the long and short terms' construction planning for urban rail transportation,and the measures for accomplishing recent rail construction project,argues that systematic planning,human-oriented design and scientific management are the keys to challange a faster and larger scale rail construction in the future.
