保温材料保温敏感性分析

摘    要:在压力容器及压力管道保温层厚度的设计中,准确知道各保温影响因素对保温效果的影响,综合考虑各影响因素,合理确定保温层厚度是一大难题。目前,关于保温影响因素对保温性能影响研究很少涉及。文中研究压力容器及压力管道的传热机理,通过建立有限元数学模型,模拟保温材料在不同环境温度、黑度、保温层厚度、对流换热系数等影响因子下的传热状况,得出了各参数对保温效果影响的敏感性,为保温设备保温层设计提供了科学指导。
