复杂地质条件下大跨径地铁隧道施工技术

摘    要:结合广州地铁六号线如意坊站前折返线18m跨径隧道工程实践,针对在高富水的厚淤泥质砂层这种复杂地质条件下的大跨径地铁隧道施工,通过改进双侧壁导坑法施工技术,以及应用搅拌桩与旋喷桩技术预加固改良地层、大管棚超前支护,有效防范隧道坍塌,控制隧道施工风险。

Abstract:This article introduces the practices of constructing the 18 m-span tunnel in Turns-back-line of Ruyifang Station in Guangzhou No.6 Subway.Specific to the long span tunnel subway tunnel construction which is under the complicated geological condition of highly water-rich and sludge sand layer,the construction technique of both-side heading method is improved.The techniques of deep-layer concrete stirring poles and high-pressure jet grouting spin piles are used to strengthen the ground,and large pipe sheds are for advance support,which effectively prevent the tunnel collapse and control tunnel construction risks.
