摘    要:船用三速锚机工作条件恶劣,电动机转子故障是电动锚机系统的常见故障之一。转子故障在线分析中必须考虑电动机实际运行和检测条件。小波包分析是处理非平稳信号的一种有效手段,希尔伯特包络频谱对电网频率波动、负载波动和电网谐波等因素的干扰具有一定的鲁棒性能。本文在理论分析、仿真的基础上,提出了基于小波包分解和希尔伯特包络频谱分析的电动机转子断条在线检测方法。仿真和诊断实例表明该方法不仅可以抑制干扰因素的影响,有效提取故障特征量并实现故障准确诊断,而且能够反映负载波动的时刻和频率波动的范围,是一种切实可行的在线诊断方法。

Abstract:Marine AC three-speed anchor motor is working on the poor conditions; Rotor bar breaking is one frequent fault of windlass system. The actual operating conditions of motors must be taking account in detecting rotor bar breaking fault on-line. Wavelet packet Analysis is one of the effective means to process the non-stationary signal. The spectrum of Hilbert envelope has certain robustness in signal processing even taking into account the quality of power supply and the load fluctuation of the induction motors. Based on theoretical analysis, simulation and diagnosis example, the paper presents a new on-line detection scheme that combines the wavelet packet decomposition and Hilbert envelope frequency spectrum analysis. Results of diagnosis example show that the approach is valid and effective.
