摘    要:介绍了一种重型车用涡轮增压中冷,电控直喷,可变进气涡流的柴油机,给出其部分性能试验结果,分析研究了燃烧室尺寸和喷油系数参数(喷孔直径,喷油压力,喷孔锥角及喷油定时)对柴油机主要排气污染物NOx和碳烟的影响。

Abstract:A turbocharged, intercooled, electro-controlled,direct injection and variable induction swirl diesel engine installed on a heavy duty truck is introduced in this paper with some results of performance tests.The influences of the combustion chamber dimensions and the parameters of injection system, such as diarneter and cone angle of injection holes,injection pressure and injection timing, upon the exhaust emission NOx and somking are investigated.
