| 摘 要： | 随着GPS应用于常规测量如控制测量和工程测量如精密工程测量、施工测量方面的技术成熟,我国已经开始应用GPS技术监控或导航移动载体,同时WEBGIS成为GIS技术研究的热点,本文针对车载GPS监控调度系统的开发来阐述如何利用WEBGIS技术实现GPS、GIS、GSM技术的有机结合,介绍部分应用实例,展现了GPS技术的动态应用。

| Abstract: | As the Global Positioning System technology applies to ordinary survey such as control survery and it applies to enginering survery such as precision survey- construction survey,it has been applied to monitor moving objects dynamically as well as it has been applied to navigate moving objects.WEBGIS has been hotspot of Geographical Information System technology, the paper tells us how to integrate the GPS-GIS and GSM technology by the technology of WEBGIS and how to develop the Dynamic Monitoring System of vehicle carried GPS;the paper introduces us some examples of the system and application of the dynamic GPS technology. |
