摘    要:以上海轨道交通16号线某区间大直径盾构隧道为工程背景,建立了带有内部结构的三维有限元盾构隧道模型。计算结果表明,盾构隧道每组拼装循环中的两环管片受力变形性能基本一致;衬砌管片坏变形呈"横鸭蛋"状;中隔墙压应力与石岩棉变形量存在密切关系。该结果可为盾构隧道在实际运营中对地面超载量的控制标准提供参考。

Abstract:Based on a large diameter shield tunnel section of Shanghai metro Line 16,a three-dimensional tunnel FE model with internal structure is established. The calculation results show that,the stress deformation performance of segment rings in one assembly circle is nearly the same,the overall structure is deformed into a horizontal ellipse,changes in mid-partition wall stress are closely related to the compression of rock wool. The calculation results could provide a reference for the con-trol standards of overload ground during the normal metro op-eration in large diameter shield tunnel.
