| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通车辆的车体结构根据强度需求局部采用高强钢材质。为保证高强钢材质的焊接质量,以某出口车辆所采用的Q690D高强钢为例,阐述了该高强钢焊接用焊丝的选择与确定方式,以及焊接工艺评定试验的内容和要求。

| Abstract: | The structure of urban rail transit car body uses high strength steel locally according to the strength requirements. To ensure the welding quality of high strength steel,the Q690D high strength steel for export vehicles is taken as an example,the selection and determination methods of corresponding welding wires,the content and main basis of process qualification test are introduced. |
