摘    要:以西宁市为例,典型的川道型城市形态,地形狭长,客流走廊集中,市政道路资源供需矛盾突出,轨道交通是解决城市交通问题的唯一选择。但申报条件上人口和财力成为无法突破的难题。目前规划的技术路线、人口指标、经济指标等标准都是基于平原城市制定的,而对于两山夹一河的这种川道型城市主要交通走廊都是单一的通道,基本上没有网络的概念,从评价的技术标准体系上提出了思考和建议。

Abstract:Xining is a typical linear city with long and narrow terrain,where all passenger corridors are concentrated that caused prominent contradiction between supply and demand of road resources. Therefore,urban rail transit becomes the only solution to the city traffic.But due to the limited population and financial resources of Xining City,an unbreakable problem ex-ists in the application of construction planning.Since the current technical routes,population and economic indicators in urban planning are all formulated on the standards of plain cities,no network concept has ever been proposed for the single corridor traffic city like Xining.In this paper,suggestions are put forward from the evaluation angle of technical standard systems.
