铰接式轻轨车枕梁强度分析

摘    要:铰接式轻轨车在国外城市轨道交通中已得到广泛应用,但在国内尚属空白。介绍了铰接式轻轨车枕梁的结构特点及受力特点。根据其受力特点,参照有关标准制定了铰接式轻轨车枕梁的计算大纲,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对枕梁进行了静强度、疲劳强度计算及模态分析。计算结果表明:枕梁强度满足有关标准规定的车辆承载要求,各阶模态振型的频率较高,无明显薄弱环节。

Abstract:Articulated light rail vehicle is widely used in ur-ban rail transit all around the world except in China. In this paper,the structural and stress characteristics of the body bol-ster in articulated light rail vehicle are introduced. A calcula-tion outline of the body bolster is made based on its stress characteristics combined with related standards,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to calculate the stat-ic strength,fatigue strength and modal analysis of the body bolster. The results show that the body bolster could to meet the strength requirements,and each model is on relatively high frequency without any obviously weak spots.
