构建特殊要求的安防体系

根据乌鲁木齐市的防恐、治安特殊需要,研究如何建立一套高标准、常态化安全防范体系,确定了乌鲁木齐城市轨道交通的安防设计标准。按照"技防、物防、人防"全方位设防的原则,在系统规模的选择方面充分考虑地域特点和安全因素;在土建设计方面分区域、多层次保护重点部位;在设备系统方面通过采取安防平台与其它相关设备系统及城市应急保障单位协调联动的综合安全防范措施,构建了目前国内城市轨道交通领域安防体系的最高标准。

Construction of Security System for Special Requirements

According to the special requirements of counter-terrorism and public security in Urumqi City,it is necessary to construct a normalized security system with high standards and determine the design criteria for urban rail transit security in Urumqi.Based on the omnidirectional fortification principle re-lated to technical,material and civil defence factors,the re-gional characters and security elements are fully considered in the selection of security system scale,the sub-regional and multilevel key protection places are emphasized in civil project design.Then,the coordinately linked comprehensive safety pre-cautions for management platform of security system,the relat-ed instrument system and urban emergency security unit are adopted,in order to construct a perfect rail transit security system with highest standards in the safety and rescue industry of China.
