轻量化复合材料车体设计与分析

摘    要:介绍了轻量化复合材料车体的总体结构,对车体钢骨架静强度、车顶板与地板强度及其粘接结构强度进行了校核。经验证,轻量化复合材料车体性能满足相关标准的要求,且比相同规格铝合金车体减重达20%左右。指出了该类型车体的应用价值及前景。

Abstract:The general structure of the car body made of lightweight composite materials is introduced,the strength of car body steel structure and floor,car roof plate and the cohe-siveness structure is checked. The result shows that the strength of the car body made of lightweight composite mate-rials could meet the relative requirements,weight reduction is up to 20% compared to the aluminum alloy car body with same size,thus having good application value and prospect.
