城市轨道交通运营管理评价指标体系研究

分析了现有的国内外城市轨道交通运营管理评价体系,并根据城市轨道交通运营管理原则,分析了乘客、运营企业和政府对城市轨道交通的需求。在此基础上,提出以运营安全、运营绩效和服务质量作为城市轨道交通运营管理评价的内容,参考现有的国内外城市轨道交通运营管理评价标准和指标体系,构建了面向运营安全管理、绩效管理和服务质量管理的评价指标体系。

On the Evaluation Index System of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management

The current evaluation index system of URT oper-ation management is analyzed. According to the principles of URT operation management, the demands of passengers,op-erating enterprises and government for URT operation, a new URT operation management system based on safety,perfor-mance and service quality is proposed.Referring to the current evaluation criteria and index systems both in China and abroad,a new evaluation index system towards operation safety management,operation performance management and service quality management is established.
